Mud Lick Outdoors Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND RHODE ISLAND.
Participation in this promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Mud Lick Outdoors LLC, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
1. SPONSOR
This promotion is sponsored and administered by:

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, or any social media platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to:
• Legal residents of the United States
• Individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry
Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and where prohibited.
Employees, owners, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and members of the same household of Sponsor are not eligible.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, residency, age, identity, and compliance with these Official Rules.
Entries generated through prohibited automated means, fraudulent methods, duplicate identities, commercial entry services, or other improper means may be void.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway begins May 27, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends July 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.
Sponsor’s clock controls all timing.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, terminate, or cancel this promotion if fraud, technical issues, legal concerns, force majeure events, or circumstances impair the integrity of the promotion.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter through the Sponsor website.
Entries may be obtained through:
• Promotional purchases
• Free mail-in entry method
Entry quantities associated with purchases will be displayed on applicable product pages.
Orders later refunded, canceled, charged back, reversed, unpaid, disputed, or determined invalid may result in associated entries being voided.
Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (FREE MAIL ENTRY)
To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten entry containing:

Limit one entry per envelope.
Mail entries must be postmarked before the giveaway end date and received within seven (7) calendar days following the giveaway end date.
Mail-in entries will receive entries in accordance with Sponsor’s then-current published entry structure.
Sponsor reserves the right to reject incomplete, illegible, duplicated, altered, fraudulent, mechanically reproduced, or noncompliant entries.
6. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize:
2021 Ram 2500 Cummins diesel pickup
Approximate mileage at publication: approximately 110,000 miles.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $40,000 USD.
Vehicle is a used vehicle and will be awarded in existing condition at transfer except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Vehicle may contain ordinary cosmetic wear, mechanical wear, repairs, imperfections, and mileage accumulation consistent with prior use.
Actual mileage at transfer may vary due to transportation, maintenance, storage, movement, content production, testing, or related use.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prize is non-transferable.
No cash redemption except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Any modifications, accessories, appearance changes, maintenance work, or condition updates completed before transfer remain within Sponsor discretion.
7. WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected through a randomized drawing process from all eligible entries received.
The drawing may be conducted using independent third-party sweepstakes software or another designated randomization system.
Selection through software does not guarantee eligibility.
Sponsor reserves the right to audit, verify, review, validate, and disqualify entries before confirming a winner.
Odds of winning depend on total eligible entries received.
If a selected entrant is determined ineligible, fails verification, refuses required documents, fails to respond timely, or violates these Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner using the same randomized process.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Potential winner will be contacted using information associated with entry.
Winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after first attempted contact.
Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and alternate winner selection.
Winner may be required to complete:
• Government-issued identification
• Identity verification
• Affidavit of eligibility
• Liability release
• Publicity release
• IRS tax documentation
• Additional reasonable documentation necessary to transfer the prize
Required verification documents must be completed and returned within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor provides such documents unless extended by Sponsor.
Failure to timely complete requested documentation may result in forfeiture.
9. TAXES AND FEES
Winner is solely responsible for:
• Federal taxes
• State taxes
• Local taxes
• Vehicle registration
• Title fees
• Insurance
• Licensing fees
• Ownership costs
Sponsor may issue IRS reporting documentation as required by law.
10. PRIZE DELIVERY AND TRAVEL
Sponsor will coordinate transfer of the vehicle.
Sponsor will provide:
• Economy airfare for the verified winner from a U.S. departure airport to Nashville, Tennessee, up to an amount determined by Sponsor
• Ground transportation from airport to designated delivery location
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Lodging
• Meals
• Baggage fees
• Upgrades
• Additional travelers
• Missed flights
• Travel delays
• Return transportation
Winner must coordinate and complete prize acceptance within thirty (30) calendar days following verification unless extended by Sponsor.
Winner assumes responsibility for the vehicle upon transfer of possession and/or execution of title documents.
Sponsor obligations terminate upon transfer of possession and execution of transfer documents.
11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use:
• Name
• City and State
• Photograph
• Video
• Voice
• Likeness
for advertising, website, social media, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited.
12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, affiliates, and assigns from claims arising out of participation in the promotion, travel, prize acceptance, vehicle ownership, operation, injury, property damage, or related matters to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. FRAUD PREVENTION
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who:
• Manipulate entries
• Circumvent limits
• Use prohibited automation
• Provide false information
• Abuse refunds
• Initiate chargebacks
• Exploit technical issues
Fraudulent entries are void.
14. TECHNICAL ISSUES
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Website outages
• Payment processor failures
• Internet interruptions
• Lost entries
• Delayed entries
• Platform interruptions
• Technical malfunction
Incomplete or corrupted entries may be void.
15. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, terminate, cancel, modify, extend, or restart the promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal concerns, weather events, governmental action, supply disruptions, platform restrictions, or other conditions affect integrity of the promotion.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Except where prohibited, disputes shall be resolved individually and not as a class action.
Participants waive rights to class proceedings and jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. GOVERNING LAW
This promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. DATA COLLECTION
Information collected may be used for order fulfillment, giveaway administration, marketing communications, and business operations.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications.

Requests for winner information must be submitted within sixty (60) days after giveaway end date to:

21. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
By entering, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions.
