Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mud Lick Outdoors LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
